Ingredients
2 no large prawns, cut into half
1 whole garlic, blended with 50ml water
1 tbsp fermented soya bean paste
1 tbsp light soya sauce
1 tsp sugar
Method
1) Heat up oil and saute fermented soya bean paste until fragrant. Add in garlic pure and the remaining ingredients and bring to boil. Lower the heat and cook for few minutes.
2) Place the cooked garlic and fermented soya bean paste on the prawns. Steam for 2-3 minutes or until cooked.

Steamed Large Prawn with Fermented Bean Paste

Fried Chicken Drumstick/Wings with Nam Yue
Ingredients:
5 no of chicken wings. Chopped into half to separate the wings
3 pieces of nam yue
1 no of egg
1/4 bowl of ginger juice
3 tbsp of fah tiew wine
2 tbsp cornflour
Method:
1) Marinate the chicken for at least 2 hours with the ingredients except for egg and cornflour.
2) Add in egg and cornflour before deep frying the chicken in medium heat.

Pork Burger/Patties
Ingredients:
250-300gm minced pork
Half a carrot, finely chopped
2 tbsp finely chopped garlic
2 tbsp soya sauce
Dashes of pepper
3 pinches of salt
1/2 tsp of cornflour
1 no egg
Method:
1)Mix all ingredients (except the egg and cornflour) evenly and marinate for half and hour.
2) Add in egg followed by cornflour. Shape the burger before pan frying it in low/medium heat.
