Fan Kok Soup


Ingredients
About 200-300gm of fan kok, remove skin and cut into small pieces
250gm pork bone
1 tbsp gei zhi
15 nos of red dates
2 tbsp peanuts
Salt to taste
Pot of water

Method:
1) Add all ingredients into a pot of boiling water and cook for 2.5 hours on medium to small heat.
2) Add in salt to taste.

if u add some "hoi chuk" (available in Chinese medicine shop) the soup will be super duper sweet & yummy!

I put 2 dried oysters into my fun kok soup. Adds taste to the soup! Next time I shall try adding peanuts!
